Chi for Runners

Running is often a form of moving meditation for people. A way that people can clear their thoughts, improve their health and reconnect with their true self.  Learn how chi, a form of universal energy, can improve your running practise, minimize injuries and strengthen the connection between physical body and spirit.

Pre-registration is required. $15 drop in. $60 for 5 classes. $100 for 10 classes.
