Take time out to learn how to cope with the most common stressors we all face in our lives.  Learn specific techniques to combat stress and help you find a place of centredness from which to tackle the holiday season. Drawing on a range of techniques including meditation, Qi Gong and Brain Gym, learn how to quiet an overactive mind and approach your life from a different perspective.
