Stress Rescue

2 hour workshop


Learn techniques to combat stress and help you find a place of centredness from which to tackle your daily life.  Our lives are often lived at a hectic pace with competing proprieties and little down time for ourselves. This often results in stress because the to do list is endless; we find ourselves living our lives from one task to the next. focused on things that occurred in the past or the future, rarely in the present moment .

Drawing on a range of techniques including meditation, Qi Gong and Brain Gym, learn how to quiet an overactive mind and approach your life from a different perspective. 

Chi Workshop

2 hour workshop


What exactly is energy and how does it work in the physical body? This workshop will explore what energy is and how it affects your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Learn specific techniques for how you can tap into this universal life force that exists all around us to help balance, heal and boost your energy whenever you need.

Chakra Workshop

2 hour workshop


What exactly are the chakras and how do they work in the physical body? This workshop will explore the seven main energy centres of the physical body, their many correspondences and how they relate to our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Learn specific techniques to connect in with the chakras and learn how to balance and align your own energy.

Breathing Workshop

2 hour workshop


Most of us tend to take shallow, short breaths which triggers our “fight or flight” response in the body, and heightens the levels of stress and anxiety we feel in our lives. Deep, deliberate, conscious breathing does the opposite -- it engages the parasympathetic nervous system, which relaxes the body and calms the mind. It also increases oxygen saturation in our cells which helps the body not only relax but also rejuvenate itself. 

Drawing on the principles of yogic pranayama, meditative and energy based healing modalities, you will learn specific breathing techniques that you can use at home to simply relax or to delve into a deeper meditative and reflective state. Discover what Buddha called the "gateway to enlightenment" and how breathing with awareness can result in a calmer, healthier and happier you.

Intuition Workshop

3 hour class


Clairvoyance. Clairudience. Clairsentience. We all have spiritual senses whether we are aware of them or not. Our spiritual senses mirror our physical senses and with practice, an expanded awareness can be cultivated. Learn how to identify which sense is your strongest and how to enhance it. Learn how to tap into all of your spiritual senses in order to receive information and guidance in your life. 

Qi Gong

1 hour session

$80 an hour

Wanna know more about the energy body? Explore energy building techniques that can help you boost low energy, improve concentration and enhance your energy body. Drawing on techniques from Qi Gong, Chi Do, Reiki and other energy based healing modalities to build awareness of and tools for working with the energetic field that surrounds the body.
